Are there stores and restaurants close by?
For Supermarkets, you have 2 Publix Grocery Stores, a Target Super Center with Grocery and a Walmart Super Center with Grocery. There are at least a hundred places to eat nearby. See Restaurants or Shopping on the main menu.
How far is the Airport from Legacy Dunes and Walt Disney World?
30 miles, 30 minutes according to Google!
Do you provide transportation to and from the airport?
We recommend this company. Mears Transportation provides these services. You would be responsible for setting up these services. Click on the Mears Icon below to go to their website.
Do you provide free shuttle service to the parks?
We do not but, There is a pay shuttle service that you can arrange to take you to the Parks and Shopping Malls. Maingate Transportation. 407-870-5553. Should I rent a car?
Recommended. Orlando International Airport (MCO) has a very convenient rental car pick up system. Depending on the time of year, car rental prices can be very reasonable. Are Towels and Sheets provided?
Yes! We provide Sheets, Bedspread, Pillows and Towels, as well as a hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

What do I need to bring?
That all depends on you! Some guests just like more space when they are on vacation. Some like to eat out for every meal and really do not plan on using the kitchen to prepare meals. But many do, so either way…..
Personal Belongings: Bring all the items you would normally need on vacation. Clothes, toiletries and gadgets.
Gonna Cook? We have the items to prepare the food: pots, pans, dishes, glasses, bowls, toaster, blender, coffee maker, etc. But you need to bring the food and beverages. What most guests do is go shopping when they arrive.
Do I have to clean while I’m on vacation?
A little! Self catering means that no one is coming and knocking on the door early in the morning and waking you up so that they can make the bed and pick up your wet towels. You have to do that! During your stay you will be responsible for keeping the condo neat and clean. All garbage and trash must be picked up and put out for pick up. If you use dishes and glasses, you must put them in the dishwasher and turn it on. Pots and pans must be cleaned if you use them. Washing towels is easy, just toss them in the wash and than into the dryer! After you leave and before you arrive a cleaning service will come in and clean the bathrooms, floors, linens, dust, vacuum etc. But it is your responsibility to maintain the cleanliness during your stay. Your contract will state that you have to leave the condo in the same condition as you found it. Please remember, this is someone else’s property. Please treat it with respect and in some instances, with more care and respect than your own home.
Is Smoking Allowed inside the condo?
Absolutely NO smoking allowed inside of our condos. NO EXCEPTIONS! You can smoke outside on the balcony or
anywhere else on the property that is not a common area. (ex. Hallways, Pool Areas, Playground) There will be a $250 fine for smoking inside of the condo.
Are Pets Allowed?
Absolutely NO pets are allowed in our condos. We advertise our condos as pet free. Because many guests have pet allergies the presence of any animal in a condo may result in their discomfort. We do recognize that many guests love to travel with their pets but regardless of how small or well trained your pet is, we have a no pet policy. There will be a $250 fine for a pet inside of the condo.
Who do I report emergencies to?
All serious Emergencies such as Medical Emergencies, Fire or Crime should be called into 911
Emergencies or Situations Pertaining to the Condo?
The contact number for the property manager will be provided during booking and will be located in the condo for you to call or text if needed. The condo is inspected before you arrive and after you depart, however, if something should break or not be working properly, please contact us as soon as possible.
Are the condos Handicapped Accessible?
We have several condos that are first floor units, provide a non assigned handicapped parking space, wheelchair ramps and door ways that are wide enough for wheel chairs. The bathrooms have tub/showers. We do not have any first floor units with stall showers. You must let us know if you need a first floor unit upon booking.
Are these timeshare units?
These are not timeshares. Our condos are privately owned rental properties. There are no sales meetings or seminars to attend, just enjoy your stay.
